Services that we provide include:

Tenant placement:

-          Assist in preparing the property for the market

-          Coordinate various vendors if necessary

-          Finding market value and price for monthly rent charged

-          Marketing of property (MLS, Craig’s List and pitching to agents in our office)

-          Schedule and show home to prospective tenants

-          Open House if desired

-          Process applications, screen tenant’s credit & criminal background

-          Collect security deposit and first month’s rent

-          Complete detailed walk-through upon move in

(Tenant placement fee waived with one year management contract)

Services that we provide include:

-          Above placement services plus:

-          Collect rent, forward to owner with monthly invoice which will include any maintenance charges

-          Pursue late rent, collect late fees if applicable

-          Check in with tenants on a monthly basis

-          Handle all calls from tenants, coordinate repair services

-          Complete move out service if necessary

-          Repeat placement services

We require that the owner purchase an American Home Shield Warranty and that we are added to owner’s home insurance policy.
