We like to tell our clients that “We’re all about the details.” When we say that, we mean that we enjoy hearing what people want, and then help them make that idea a reality. Our clients give us the big picture, and we fill in the blanks to make it happen.

Many times that can be someone buying their first home. It can be a seller moving to a bigger home or to a smaller one. It can mean turning their current home into an investment property. It can mean buying a new investment property – whatever their ideas are; we can make them a reality.

We really enjoy helping people get what they want, and we find that the best way to do that is to focus on the process, rather than the paycheck at the end. It is our greatest satisfaction when our clients notice the difference in quality and professionalism that we provide and then refer us to their friends and family.

We strongly believe in the power of education. We both hold bachelor degrees, Laura from The University of California at Santa Barbara and Kristofor from The University of Southern California. We strive to keep up with the dynamic real estate industry by attending classes, staying active in our professional real estate association, and participating in the community. We both hold Broker's Licenses from the California State Department of Real Estate.

Specialties: We are members of the National Association of Realtors. Kristofor has achieved the specialized educational designation as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (only a fraction of Realtors have this designation) and Laura is an accredited Home Staging Professional (which we offer as a free service to our clients.)

We are proud to serve Sonoma County not only as Realtors, but as active members of our community. We are the past Co-Presidents of the Analy Nursery School Board in Sebastopol as well as the current President of the Sebastopol Toastmasters International Club. We have also started a successful Neighborhood Watch program where we live. We don’t just sell houses, we build neighborhoods.
